The scratch-card feature is only an interactive method of revealing the result and does not replace the skill-based entry requirement or the competition rules stated on the Website.

3. User Account Registration

5.4 For leaderboard competitions, users will compete based on their performance, and winners will be determined according to the published scoring and ranking system.
5.5 For instant draw competitions, eligible users may receive an instant result after completing the required skill-based entry process. Where a scratch-card-style reveal is used, it is only a presentation method for revealing the instant draw result.
5.6 Users must ensure that all information provided during account registration, verification, and competition entry is accurate and complete.
5.7 Prize League may restrict entries, participation frequency, or access to competitions where necessary to maintain fair play, prevent misuse, or protect the integrity of competitions.
5.8 Entries may be cancelled or users may be removed from competitions where:
- False information has been provided;
- Multiple accounts are used unfairly;
- Automated tools, bots, or prohibited methods are used;
- A user attempts to manipulate competition results;
- These Terms & Conditions are breached.
5.9 Prize League is not responsible for entries that fail due to technical issues outside its reasonable control, including internet failures, device problems, payment processing failures, or system interruptions.
5A. Free Postal Entry Route
5A.1 Prize League provides a free postal entry route for eligible competitions to ensure that users have an alternative method of entry without making a payment. Where a competition requires a skill-based question, puzzle, or challenge, postal entrants must complete the same skill requirement as paid entrants.
5A.2 The free postal entry route is available for all Prize League competitions where users are allocated entries into a prize draw or instant draw competition. Leaderboard and performance-based competitions may operate differently, as winners are determined by gameplay performance, scores, rankings, or other published skill criteria.
5A.3 To enter a competition using the free postal entry route, participants must send their entry by post to:

The postal entry must include:
- Full name;
- Valid Prize League account username or registered email address (where required);
- Confirmation that the participant is aged 18 years or over;
- Confirmation that they agree to these Terms & Conditions;

- The answer to the required skill-based question, puzzle, or challenge.
5A.4 Each postal entry must be submitted individually unless otherwise stated. Bulk postal entries may be treated as a single entry.
5A.5 Postal entries must arrive before the competition closing date and time shown on the relevant competition page. Prize League is not responsible for postal entries that are delayed, lost, damaged, or not received.
5A.6 Postal entries that meet all requirements will be treated equally with paid entries for the relevant competition.
5A.7 Prize League reserves the right to reject postal entries where:
- Required information is incomplete;
- The entry does not include the correct skill answer;
- The entrant is not eligible;
- The competition closing date has passed;
- The entry does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
5A.8 Where a competition has a maximum number of entries, postal entries will be accepted only while valid entry capacity remains available.
5A.9 Prize League may process postal entries at reasonable intervals and will ensure valid postal entries are included in the relevant competition where received before the closing deadline.
6. Competition Winner Selection
6.1 Prize Draw Competitions
For competitions operated through a prize draw format, all users who have completed the required skill-based entry requirement, have a valid account, meet all eligibility requirements, and have complied with these Terms & Conditions will be included in the competition draw. The winner will be selected using the draw method specified on the relevant competition page.
6.2 Prize League may use an electronic random draw system or another fair selection method to select winners from all valid eligible entries. The draw process will be conducted fairly and in accordance with the competition rules displayed on the Website.
6.3 Leaderboard Competitions
For competitions based on gameplay performance, winners will be determined according to the published leaderboard criteria. The winning criteria may include highest score achieved, fastest completion time, number of points earned, ranking position, or other performance measurements stated for that competition. The final leaderboard position at the competition closing time will determine the winner or winners.
6.4 Instant Draw Competitions
For instant draw competitions, eligible users who successfully complete the required skill-based entry process may receive an instant competition result. Where a scratch-card-style reveal is used, the scratch-card feature is only used to display the result of the instant draw. The method of awarding instant prizes will be explained on the relevant competition page.
6.5 Prize League's decision regarding the winner selection process and competition results will be final, except where there is evidence of technical error, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Eligibility Requirements
7.1 Prize League competitions are open only to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, have a valid Prize League account, provide accurate personal information, and meet the requirements stated for the relevant competition.
7.2 Prize League reserves the right to request verification information before allowing participation or releasing prizes. Verification may include proof of age, identity verification, address verification, and bank account verification.
7.3 Prize League may refuse participation or cancel entries where a user provides false or misleading information, attempts to create multiple accounts, uses another person's account, attempts to gain an unfair advantage, or breaches competition rules.
7.4 Employees of Prize League, contractors directly involved in competition administration, and individuals with access to confidential competition information may not participate in relevant competitions where their involvement could create an unfair advantage.
8. Prizes and Prize Payments
8.1 The prize available for each competition will be displayed on the relevant competition page. Prize details may include cash prizes, products, digital rewards, or other prizes specified by Prize League.
8.2 Prize League reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make the original prize unavailable.
8.3 Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold unless expressly approved by Prize League.
8.4 Cash prizes will be paid only to the verified winner's bank account. Prize League does not send prize payments to third parties.
8.5 Before releasing certain prizes, Prize League may require identity verification, proof of ownership of the bank account, and additional information required to prevent fraud.
8.6 For prizes exceeding £1,000, Prize League may require additional identity verification before payment is processed.
8.7 Prize payments will normally be processed within a reasonable timeframe after all required verification checks have been successfully completed.
8.8 Prize League is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details provided by the winner, banking system delays, failure to complete verification requirements, or circumstances outside Prize League's reasonable control.
9. Deposits, Payments and Account Balance
9.1 Prize League may allow users to add funds to their Prize League account balance for participation in eligible competitions.
9.2 Deposits may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and TrueLayer. Users must ensure that all payment information provided is accurate and belongs to them or that they are authorised to use the payment method.
9.3 Prize League does not store complete payment card details. Payment information may be processed securely by approved third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy policies.
9.4 Users are responsible for reviewing all payment details before confirming a deposit. Prize League is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect payment details, bank restrictions, payment provider failures, or technical issues outside Prize League's reasonable control.
9.5 Funds deposited into a Prize League account may only be used for activities available through the Prize League platform and cannot be transferred between user accounts.
9.6 Prize League reserves the right to delay, suspend, or investigate transactions where fraud, misuse, suspicious activity, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
9.7 Users must not use Prize League services for money laundering, fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment methods, or any illegal purpose.
10. Fair Play, User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
10.1 Prize League is committed to providing a fair and competitive environment for all users. Users must participate honestly and follow the rules of each competition.
10.2 Users must not:
- Use bots, automated software, scripts, or other tools designed to provide an unfair advantage;
- Exploit errors, bugs, or technical issues within the platform;
- Collude with other users to manipulate results;
- Share answers or solutions where prohibited;
- Use another person's account;
- Attempt to interfere with competition systems;
- Manipulate rankings, scores, or competition outcomes.
10.3 Prize League may investigate any activity that appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal user behaviour. During an investigation, Prize League may suspend an account, delay prize payments, remove invalid entries, or request additional verification information.
10.4 Users must communicate respectfully with Prize League employees, support staff, and other users. Prize League reserves the right to restrict or remove accounts where users engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive behaviour.
11. Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering Policy
11.1 Prize League is committed to preventing its platform from being used for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activities.

11.5 Users must provide accurate registration information, maintain only one account unless authorised, use payment methods belonging to them or which they are authorised to use, and keep account details secure.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.2 Where an account is suspended, Prize League may restrict access to competitions, funds, or withdrawals while investigations are completed.
12.3 If an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, Prize League reserves the right to cancel entries and withhold prizes connected to the breach where legally permitted.
12.4 Users may request account closure by contacting Prize League through the official support email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or financial record-keeping obligations.
13. Data Protection and Publicity
13.1 Prize League respects the privacy of its users and processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 13.2 By creating an account and using Prize League services, users agree that Prize League may process personal information necessary for managing user accounts, operating competitions, recording scores and rankings, processing deposits and prize payments, completing identity and verification checks, and preventing fraud and maintaining platform security.
13.3 If a user wins a competition, Prize League may publish limited winner information for transparency purposes, which may include first name, surname initial or username, town or county (where appropriate), and winning competition details.
13.4 Prize League may request permission from winners to use photographs, videos, testimonials, or other promotional material for marketing purposes. A user's decision regarding publicity participation will not affect their eligibility to participate or win competitions.

15.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16.4 Where a competition is cancelled after users have paid an entry amount and a refund is legally required, Prize League will provide an appropriate refund according to the circumstances.

20. Referral Programme
20.1 Prize League may operate a referral programme that allows existing users ("Referring Users") to invite new users ("Referred Users") to join the Prize League platform. The availability of referral rewards, qualifying requirements, and promotional details will be displayed on the Website, within the user's account area, or through promotional banners.
20.2 Where a valid referral is completed, Prize League may provide promotional rewards to both the Referring User and the Referred User. A referral reward may include a free entry ticket for a future Prize League competition, as specified in the relevant promotional offer.
20.3 To qualify for a referral reward, the Referred User must register a valid Prize League account using the referral process provided, must meet any eligibility requirements, must participate in a qualifying paid competition as stated in the referral offer, and both users must comply with these Terms & Conditions.
20.4 Once the qualifying referral conditions have been completed, both users may receive one free competition entry ticket for the next eligible competition specified by Prize League.
20.5 Free referral entries cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another user, cannot be sold, may only be used for the competition specified by Prize League, and must be used before any stated expiry date.
20.6 Prize League reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw referral promotions at any time. Any changes will not affect referral rewards that have already been validly earned unless required by law.
20.7 Users must not attempt to abuse the referral programme by creating multiple accounts, referring themselves, using false identities, using automated systems, encouraging fraudulent activity, or manipulating referral rewards.
20.8 Prize League may cancel referral rewards and restrict accounts where it believes the referral programme has been misused.
20.9 Prize League reserves the right to define what constitutes a valid referral and qualifying participation for each promotional campaign.
